Oh my, the quinoa loaf I made today exploded! I thought my mother looked extra bubbly today. The texture of the bread is fabulous. Guess what I did with the little hat that formed on the top? I broke it off, all and warm and good, slathered it in butter & honey from my hives, closed my eyes, and savored every bite.
