I'm ready to make some English muffins but I have a couple of questions. Can I substitute plant based milk for cow's milk in this recipe? In addition, what about coconut oil for the butter. (Plant-based eater here . Thanks!

Those substitutions should be just fine for English Muffins. I hope they turn out delicious.
