Here are a couple of loaves of white rice batter bread. Topped with melted butter, I let them rise in my bread proofer.
I'll never get tired of of rice bread. It's so light and delicate. I always feel like I could eat it forever, but then, eating rice can feel like that to me.

Your rice bread look yummy!
Would there be a difference with using brown rice flour? I do not have access to white rice flour here in my area. Our co-op, although a blessing, is somewhat limited. |

Hi Carole, throughout Wild Bread there are many recipes for using brown rice flour, starting on page 32. The first picture of a loaf of bread made using brown rice flour is on page 37. You'll find online sources for both white and brown rice flours (organic, of course) on page 26. |
