Apparently my skillet bread was too moist, cause it did just like the picture in the back of the book! But that didnít changes stop my family from loving it! My dad said it was his favorite bread yet! I lost track of my scoops of flour when I was making it and I didnít want to add to much and make it dry. Hopefully next time I wonít loose count...

You canít tell it in the picture, but it was smoking hot! We cut the bread practically as soon as it came out of the oven. Who can resist fresh bread at lunch time?

Oh my goodness! This loaf is absolutely drool-worthy! It's so pretty--there is definite definition between each of the lobes. I can nearly smell this bread right now, and imagine plucking one of the pieces off to slather with butter.
