Yum! Parmesan and red pepper batter bread sounds good. Not much beats Parmesan cheese. Iím glad to hear that the texture and flavor of your loaves is better than last week. Do they have more loft compared to last week?
I don't think so. One thing I have noticed is week to week I always end up with only 5 cups of mother. Must be the store bought flour I am using. I check off each time I feed so I know I haven't missed any.
