Had to share that I'm thrilled with your Sandwich Bread recipe ...probably the best bread I've ever made! I love the look of the finished loaf with the 4 rounded tops, tender inside, and light sourdough flavor. Sliced perfectly...I'll be making it often. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe!
