I started my sourdough process about a year ago, but I recently changed to the Wild Bread process. I am loving it! My mother-in-law bought me the Wild Bread book for my birthday in September,and I am loving it so much!!! I officially started with this in November 2019 because I needed to make sure I had all of the equipment, and I am really enjoying how much I have learned from this book!! So thankful for this book and all of the hard work that went into creating it!! I am still working through my journey, and I am excited to see where I end up :)
