Check out this super-handy linen bread bag that Sylvia made and generously gifted to us. They are large enough to fit just about any loaf of bread, and are excellent for placing piping-hot loaves in. The breathable linen keeps the crust nice and crisp.
And I had the great pleasure today of tossing a couple of Sylvia's linen bags into my washing machine along with some other linens that have been needing a good washing. I may even give them a good ironing, since it's such a pleasure to iron linen.
