I hope everyone is having a great day so far. I just finished making two 4-gallon batches of mozzarella and I can't wait to eat some! I have yogurt straining in the fridge and a big bowl of Kamut mother begging to be turned into waffles. I may just make a mess of them and stock my freezer for easy, grab-and-go breakfasts.
Looks like rain off and on for the next couple days, but rain is always a good thing, and the air smells lovely because of it.
