Here are a couple of loaves of white rice batter bread. Topped with melted butter, I let them rise in my bread proofer.

I'll never get tired of of rice bread. It's so light and delicate. I always feel like I could eat it forever, but then, eating rice can feel like that to me.

Hi Carole, throughout Wild Bread there are many recipes for using brown rice flour, starting on page 32. The first picture of a loaf of bread made using brown rice flour is on page 37. You'll find online sources for both white and brown rice flours (organic, of course) on page 26.

Your rice bread look yummy!

Would there be a difference with using brown rice flour? I do not have access to white rice flour here in my area. Our co-op, although a blessing, is somewhat limited.
