Hi! I'm Cathy and I live just south of Napa, California. We have wine, bread, cheese, and other tasty goods coming out of ears around here but nothing compares to homemade. So, we make our own beer, mead, bread, etc. and grow veggies and herbs in our backyard. I'm just starting out making breads from a "mother" (I usually use instant yeast and flour from Central Milling) but when I saw Wild Bread in a little shop in San Louis Obispo I couldn't pass it up. One look through it and I was smitten! I just started my new mother on Sunday so fingers crossed...

Hi Cathy and welcome to the chatroom. I'm so happy that you happened upon Wild Bread in a store! Best of luck with your new mother, and I look forward to hearing how it all goes.
