Got my book, gathering my equipment and can't wait to get started.
I live in Southern Wisconsin and love to bake :)

You can't go wrong with white flour! It smells amazing and makes wonderful, lofty breads. It's a great time of year to get a mother going because of the warm weather.

Beginning with White organic, I'm interested in trying Kamut, but I have never used that flour before, but a buttery flavor would be awesome to have in bread
Started Mother on Monday. It's been warm here so far she is doing fine.

Welcome to the chatroom Penny! Which type of four are you planning on using for your mother?

Welcome Penny from northeast Texas. I'm a beginner and learning a lot from reading all the posts.
