Posted - Apr 17 2018 : 12:07:32 PM Matt, Do you have the smaller container and blade meant for wheat berry milling? I've used it but I do like how much finer I can grind flour with the MockMill 100. It grinds all the different items I like to bake with: corn, kamut, einkorn, rye and other wheat berries. Try out your Vitamix as mamy people swear by it. |

I've never milled flour in a Vitamix (I use an electric WonderMill) but have read that if you use their dry container, you can mill batches of up to 2 cups of grains per minute. I think if you like the way the flour turns out when milled in a Vitamix, and the process seems efficient, then go for it. |
