Hi there, I've been baking sourdough bread for about 8 years. I've tried a wide variety of methods and recipes. When I saw this book, I decided I had to give it a try. In the past, I've made pancakes, English muffins, focaccia and boule (weekly) with my sourdough starter. I'm excited to start another Mother and give some of these recipes a try.
I live in a small (teeny) town in western Montana where I work part time, garden, bake, knit, raft, hike and enjoy my grandbabies.

Hi Jani,
Thank you for taking a minute to say hello. Your past experience with making sourdough should be a tremendous help as you move through the process of creating another Mother and then bake with it. I'm looking forward to hearing about your progress. Your slice of western Montana sounds wonderful. I had the good fortune of visiting western Montana throughout my childhood and it is absolutely beautiful.
