Hi! I am an "old" do-it-yourselfer that has been baking forever I think! I just discovered Wild Bread and am crazy about it...the photos, the history...but, most of all, the recipes using different flours! I will be trying to improve my mother, which I haven't been dedicated to, as I bake much less these days, and now I use less traditional flours. Happy to be here!

Hi Kathy! Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm for Wild Bread! I look forward to hearing more about how improving your mother goes, and the recipes you make along the way. Which flours have you experimented with?
