Hi everyone I am a member of the Brentwood Farm Girls. I have loved learning more about the art of bread making. Started with learning about leavening agent then moved onto making the different types of bread. Making the Counter Mother was interesting and made the beginning bread . Bara Brith was great, loved learning about it and even more enjoyed making it. I will certainly make the Bara Brith bread again! Thank you for introducing me to a new and fun baking experience.

Hi Lacey, and thanks for stopping by! It's so great to hear that you cruised right through the Counter Mother phase, into the Refrigerator phase, and made a successful loaf of Bara Brith! What's next on your list of breads to try?
