Hi :)

I just received my Wild Bread book from my sister as a quarantine gift. Looking forward to diving in!

I have an original MaryJane sour dough starter on our counter - started my mother (nicknamed Mrs. Weasley) a couple weeks into our stay-at-home adventure. I have baked loaves on Saturdays and I think my mother - and our bread - is improving with each week.

I look forward to learning from you all - and branching out to more successful bread making.

Laura

Welcome to the chatroom. It sounds like you're off to a great start! I look forward to hearing more about the breads you bake with Mrs. Weasley.
