Hi I'm new to sour dough bread but I'm so excited to be able to bake something healthy that's easy to digest. I have major issues with digesting regular bread, so this is exciting for me. I started my mother two days ago and she's looking pretty good. I can't wait to make my first loaf of bread.

Welcome to the chatroom, Sharon! Which type of flour did you start your mother with?

Welcome Sharon! Wild bread is the best there is for digestibility. Like my daughter says, "It just sits so well."
