I tried wild yeast a few years ago and failed terribly, but after reading MaryJane’s book Wild Bread, I’m going to try again using her methods and start my own mother. I live in Arizona and its definitely warm enough here to hopefully grow wild yeast

Posted - Jan 13 2019 : 1:58:37 PM Mine mother took a while to mature (more like a couple months), but I kept going and now I am making beautiful breads every week! Posting on here (my fails and successes) sure helped keep my moral up, Ashley and MaryJane are always here to offer encouraging words! |
