My mother is now officially a fridge mother... took her all a little longer to make it there but we have finally made it. I made some Parker house rolls 2 weeks ago (I’m late posting) and they turned out great! They are so soft!!!

My mother wasn’t as mature then. I did the 2 hr risings and it didn’t quite make the top of the pan by then but it was close enough. Next time I know they will be perfect! I I’ve how each week my bread gets better and better!

Yes! I have a lot more to try! I’m sure they will all end up being favorites!

The pictures you posted of your sandwich loaf are gorgeous! The sandwich loaf and the pullman loaf are a couple of my favorites. I also like the brioche, boule, and braided bread sticks. The koulouria and fougasse are also delicious. I think If I keep going, I'll just end up naming all of the breads in the book.

I have made the sandwich loaf, http://www.wildbread.net/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=231 (just got that posted!) and the Pullman loaf. What is your favorite bread to make? I have been trying the ones I think my family will like:) so far they all have been delicious!

Woohoo! The pictures you posted are awesome. I love the step-by-step grid! The rolls look great, and I'm so happy that you're at the refrigerator mother stage. It really is true that breads improve each week. I can't wait to hear about your next batch of rolls. What other breads have you been making?
