Well hello everyone! I am very excited to be apart of this community!

My name is Sister Theresa. You guessed right, I am a nun . I live in Bellingham, Wa and have been cultivating my sourdough mother for almost a month now. It has been quite the journey. I am both vegan and gluten free, so it has been very interesting, to say the least, cultivating the quinoa sourdough mother.

I look forward to meeting you all through your posts and connecting about this process.
