Greetings - I am into my third week of creating amazing sour dough bread. I started this journey as result of some health issues. After a gluten free, dairy free, grain free life for the past year, I am now reintroducing a few things that I know will provide for a well rounded diet. Sourdough bread is definitely part of that plan (within limits). I decided to go with Einkorn bread knowing that the amount of gluten is quite low comparatively.

This is a learning curve for me, but truly it's fun. Looking forward to learning more!
