Hi everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Sandy, I'm 60 years old this year and I'm from central Illinois. I ran across this wonderful book quite by accident last month while browsing in a bookstore on a much needed vacation. The moment I saw it I knew it had to come home with me. I'm excited to have found it! The book is beautiful and the bread is even better! Nice to meet you all.

How wonderful!! Yum, wish I could come! I am off work today and in the process of trying the Pull Apart Pumpkin Bread. I have made the recipe for the bread on the cover of Wild Bread several times - it is wonderful! I have also made the parker house rolls. They didn't last long when family came over! Thanks again for the book. I am thoroughly enjoying it and I'm really glad for this resource too! (I DO have some questions about wheat but will save that for another day.)

Welcome Sandy! It sounds like Wild Bread found you easily enough. I hope you enjoy every delectable bite and crumb. We're here to help should you need a hand.

My SIL and his daughter (granddaughter Stella) have requested BLTs, steamed broccoli, and a raspberry crisp for their b-day dinner that I offered to make. So, later this week, I'll be making 4 loaves of white bread for their special combined b-day dinner. Light, fluffy and just perfect for BLTs (also with avocado--per request). BLTAs?
