Coming from Minnesota, sourdough has been a family tradition since my mother started it many years ago. For years I have made sensational waffles and pancakes that my family are in love with and the tradition continues. I used to make great San Francisco French bread. Quit for many years due to working and other activities. I am retired and now trying to make the same bread but have trouble getting a good rise. I found your book to add to other Sourdough books I have. I am hoping you can help me get back to making sensational breads!

Hi Caroline and welcome! I'm glad you found us, and I look forward to hearing about all of the breads you create! We buy our Kamut flour from Montana Flour & Grains. Here is a link to milled Kamut: http://www.montanaflour.com/100-organic-whole-wheat-kamut-flour/

I have a question about flours. I cannot find Kamut flours in our local coop. Can I purchase from Wildbreads? And at what cost? Thanks a bunch!
